FAQ

Once you have created the account, the system generated link for the login is sent to your email. Upon clicking this link you are taken to the "My Account" page where you can enter your chosen password in the Password fields and hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save the changed password.

If you are registered user, go to "My Account", click the "Edit" tab, enter new password in the Password fields and hit the "Save button" at the bottom of the page to change the password.

Click on Profile menu, then click on Edit tab. Now you can edit the profile parameters pertaining to My Account, Personal Profile and Golfing Profile.

Hover your mouse over "Profile" menu then on "My Friends" and click "Invite a Friend". You will be taken to a page where you can enter email address of the friend you want to invite. You can invite multiple friends by entering multiple email addresses separated by comma.

Click on "Find Friends" tab on Left Sidebar. Enter name of the friend in the search bar and click "Search". If you find the person you are looking for in the results click on his name. You will be taken to his profile page. Scroll down to the "Relationships". There you will find the link "Become xxx's friend". Click on that and write elaboration, if required, and click send. Once your friend approves your request you will become friends with him.

To add a course hover the mouse over Profile menu then My Courses and then click "Add New Course" OR Click on the "Golf Course Directory" menu then click on "Add New Course". You need to have Course scorecard with you to enter the course details. After entering the basic details, Par and Hole Index for all holes you can save submit the course. Upon submission you will be taken to to Add Teebox page where you can add Teebox with yardages of all the holes. It is mandatory to enter the Course Rating and Slope rating for the Teebox. If you don't have that information please enter 70/72 (par for the course) in Course Rating field and 113 in Slope Rating field. You can add multiple Teeboxes for any course.

If you have added a course in the site, it is automatically added to your Favourites. To add a course which is existing in the site, click on the "Golf Course Directory" menu, search for the course you are looking for or navigate to the page in which the course appears, expand the course link by clicking on the course and there you will see the link to add the course to Favourites. If the course is already in your Favourites here you will see the link to remove the course from the favourites.

There are various ways to add a round. Hover the mouse over "Profile" Menu then over My Rounds and then click "Add Round". Select the course you played the round in from the Pull Down menu. Here you will see all the courses that you have added to Favourites. If you want to add rounds for one of your friends then select the Friends User name from the second Pull Down. Then click "Continue". You will be taken to round addition form where you will need to select the Teebox first. Once you select Teebox you will the scorecard load for that particular Teebox, where you can enter Hole by Hole score. You also check checkboxes for Putts, Fairway etc. to add these details. You can see stats for all the details that you enter.

To View rounds, hover your mouse over "Profile" menu then click "My Rounds". You can filter the rounds by date and by courses.

To Edit or Delete rounds, hover your mouse over "Profile" menu then click "My Rounds". The click the "Edit" link near the Date field in the first column of the round you want to Edit or Delete. To Delete click the "Delete Round" button at bottom of the page and to Edit, make changes and click the "Update Round" button.

Hover the mouse over "Profile" Menu then over My Rounds and then click "Add Round". Select the course you played the round in from the Pull Down menu. Here you will see all the courses that you have added to Favourites. If you want to add rounds for one of your friends then select the Friends User name from the second Pull Down. Then click "Continue".

Hover the mouse over "Profile" Menu then over My Rounds and then click "View Friends Rounds".

Calendar is displayed in the Left Sidebar on the home page. Click on the date you want to create a entry for. Then click on the "Add+" tab. Make and entry. It will show up in the upcoming events in the left sidebar. Also it will show up in the search for "Find a Game" and content search of all the users. You invite people to Signup by enabling the Signup and you can also limit how many persons can Signup. For example if you are already two ball for a game you can limit number of Signups to 2. To setup the Signup limit, visit the Signup settings page after making the calendar entry. To do this, click on the entry you just made in the "Upcoming" block on the right sidebar. Then click on the "Signups" tab and then on "Settings" tab. Here you will see the option to define the number of Signups.
